Bakery

As soon as you open you car door you will be greeted with the aroma of apples and cinnamon coming from the bakery located inside our farm store. Our baked goods are made from scratch, using our own fruit whenever possible. Enjoy a selection of our huge homemade pies, dumplings, turnovers, apple cider donuts, breads, muffins, cookies and caramel apples. 

Our HUGE 10 inch apple pies are available freshly baked or frozen for you to bake at home. None of our pies contain any preservatives, thus plan accordingly they need to be eaten within a day of purchase.

Types of Pies

  • Caramel Apple Pie - An oatmeal streusel topping covers tender Macintosh apples. The entire pie is drizzled with caramel sauce.
  • Double Crust Apple Pie - It's our traditional apple pie with our flakey crust on top of slices of Macintosh and Cortland apples. This pie is designed to hold its shape when sliced.
  • Dutch Apple Pie - Tender Macintosh apples are covered with a streusel topping containing walnuts.

Frozen Dutch/Caramel Apple Pie:

  • Do not defrost
  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
  • Place on cookie sheet
  • Bake for approximately 60 minutes
  • Remove from oven when it has thick, juicy bubbles

Frozen Double Crust Apple Pie Directions

  • Do NOT defrost pie, bake frozen
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place pie on cookie sheet and poke 5 holes into the top crust
  • Bake at 400 degrees for approx. 70 minutes. Pie will be golden brown and bubbling when done
  • Allow pie to cool before slicing
